    • Quality of the bus

The busses in Iceland have a good technical standard. Anyhow it has to be pointed out that the busses are operated on extreme driving and weather conditions. Especially when crossing the highlands the vehicles are heavily loaded and this can be seen at the outward appearance. Dust in the busses while driving gravel tracks can’t be avoided. Toilets are not available on the busses but ample comfort breaks are scheduled at each tour. You can leave your backpacks or non needed clothes on the bus-it will be locked at any stop.

    • Guides

All shore excursions organized by us take place in English. Every now and then, however, it can happen that a bilingual excursion (in German & English language) takes place.
All our guides are experienced, communicate a lot about country and people and are in constant contact with our service office in Reykjavik.

    • Itinerary

Strong winds, snow or even rain can affect the route of our excursions. The course of the tour and the planned stops are followed as far as possible due to weather and road conditions. Sometimes it can even happen that parts of a street or entire streets are blocked. We must reserve the right to make changes.

    • Changes/Cancellations through Iceland ProCruises GmbH

Due to weather and sea conditions, number of participants or cancellation by local service providers, Iceland ProCruises has the right to change the prices, duration and content of the excursions or even cancel them. Please note that the order of sights may vary from the description due to high traffic volumes or other organizational reasons.
